Photo shows Preble Cove and consists of 275 feet of cove frontage and includes 19.1 acres of woodland, running back up over 1000 feet to the town road (Cranberry Road) with 335 feet on the road itself. Listing price - $135,000. Realtor was Joseph Simmons Realty, Main Street, Southwest Harbor, Maine 04679. Mount Desert Island 207-244-3298.
