Dena was Williams second wife. His father is Michael Bulger, who was the first Bulger on Cranberry Island. Mother is Dolly Bulger. He had one child with his first wife, Alvah Spurling, named Charles Henry Bulger. His first wife, Alvah, died at a young age and he remarried to Dena.
