Initials of Wild Rose fishermen and amounts (or weights) of fish for each fisherman often appear on reverse of these ledger sheets. The Wild Rose was 47.5 ft. built in Boothbay. It sailed in Hull's Cove in 1938, survived an apartment fire with only its sails singed, and then was relegated to basement storage for 60 years. In 2011, Phil and Karin Whitney, Mickey Macfarlan, and John French restored the model and christened her, The Islander. Model is loaned to GCIHS by Phil Whitney.
